It is our recommendation that the following terms and conditions are understood and observed before making a booking.
Full day - 8 working hours
Half day - 4 working hours
Minimum booking - 2 hours for stills, 4 hours for television commercial past 15 minutes charged as half hour, over 30 minutes charged as one hour
Past 12 midnight to 6am - charged as double
Meal break - 30 mins minimum (client is responsible for the model’s meal on full day bookings and outside the city. )
All model rates are published separately, and apply to shooting time only. All other usage is to be negotiated beforehand with the agency, re - use for a period exceeding one year without authorisation shall be billed automatically.
Client must specify the type of lingerie at time of booking and these sessions must be done on a closed set.
Night gowns full slips will be charged at time and a half.
Bras, panties, body stocking and sheer lingerie will be charged at double.
Considered as part of shooting time.
Travel time to be charged at half the model’s hourly rate. Whenever models are required to be at locations not easily accessible by public transport the client is responsible for travelling expenses incurred beyond public transport point. When travelling overseas, client is responsible for all unavoidable expenses, e.g. VISA charge, government tax, airport tax, return airfare, ac-commodation, local transportation, meals, insurance, etc.
First hour - free of charge on full day’s booking Second hour onwards - hourly fitting rate Shopping time - maximum 3 hours HK$ 500 A rental fee is required on specific wardrobe from the model
If a model tried on more than one set of garment, it will be considered a “fitting job” and will be charged at hourly rate.
First casting - free of charge
Second casting - HK$ 300 (if not confirmed)
Third casting - HK$ 500
Areas outside the city HK$ 50 will be charged for each model.
Option On Bookings
If the client does not release or confirm bookings 24 hours in advance, the agency reserves the right to cancel.
The weather permit: option must be stated at time of booking, postponement requires more than 24 hrs notice, otherwise a 50% charge will be made.
First postponement - no fee if job is reschedule within 7 days.
Second postponement - half fee
Third postponement - full fee
All postponements will be charged at full fee if the same model is not Re - booked.
Confirmed bookings cancelled up signing of agreement; full fee Same day or on arrival - full fee The period of cancellation to correspond to the length of the booking for overseas trips and long bookings.
Restrictions On A Model
A special fee will apply when the work is in connection with a product which precludes work for competing products. It’s the client’s responsibility to check product booking with us for conflicts.
Job vouchers must be accurately completed and signed by both the model and the client, any discrepancies should be settled before a voucher is signed.
Clients are advised to provide insurance cover for models working on locations both local and overseas.
Strictly 30 days, no claim will be recognized after 7 days from the date of issue of invoice.
The agency acts for and on behalf of the models and whist making every endeavour to provide a satisfactory and efficient service we cannot be held ultimately responsible for a model’s conduct on an assignment.
